The texture was just kind of okay?? It was a bit runny for my liking, but not so bad that I couldn’t use it.

I figured this would be gentle enough for a newborn, and for the most part it was. It didn’t seem harsh or anything, which kind of confirmed what I’d heard about it. That said, my baby still ended up with a few dry patches, so it wasn’t perfect for us.

This rash cream helped calm my baby’s eczema down within a few days, which is really all I was hoping for. It’s one of those things where if your baby’s skin is irritated, you just want something that actually works without making it worse. I’m giving it 4 stars because the cream did the job, but I do wish the shipping had been a little faster.

The pump itself does what it’s supposed to, so that’s nice. The bottle, however, gets slippery quickly and somehow manages to make a bit of a mess, which is always fun. It’s not the worst packaging in the world, but it definitely feels like it could’ve been made a little easier to actually use.

I actually like the product itself, but the pump and dispenser have been frustrating. One bottle stopped pumping when it was only about halfway used, and another one keeps getting stuck. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I definitely expected the packaging to work better. It’s especially annoying when you’re trying to use it with a baby in one arm

I ordered a few baby skincare things from pipettebaby.com, i have to blame their shipping team for making this way easier than I expected. The tracking email came through quickly, and the updates actually worked, which is not always the case with online orders.
The box showed up in good shape too, with nothing leaking, crushed, or weirdly packed. I’ve ordered twice now, and both times it arrived exactly when they said it would, so whoever is handling fulfillment over there is doing something right. No hassle, no drama, definitely 5 stars from me

I really wanted this to work, but it just sat on top of the skin and stayed greasy forever. I even tried using a tiny amount, and it still felt like I was begging it to sink in, which got frustrating. It left that oily feeling on clothes, and my baby felt slippery afterward. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for us the absorption was just not good. I won’t be buying it again.

Not gonna lie, the whole return process was frustrating. I sent my order back and then had to keep following up just to find out what was happening with my refund. It took way longer than I expected, and the replies I got didn’t really clear anything up. I don’t think I’d order from them again

I thought the prices were okay, but the overall value could be a bit better

I ordered this thinking it would get here in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping took way longer than expected and the tracking updates were barely moving. My sister kept asking if it had arrived yet because I’d ordered it for something we were doing together, but by the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. i wouldn’t order again unless the shipping improves...

I bought this from pipettebaby.com thinking it would help with my baby’s dry patches, and I made up my mind quickly. It felt nice when I first put it on, but about an hour later her skin looked dry again.

I kept reapplying and the flaky spots still showed up, so it just didn’t do enough for us. Maybe it works for some babies, but I wouldn’t buy it again...

I really wanted to like the Pipette baby products, but the scent just didn’t work for me. It wasn’t super strong, but it had this kind of weird sour smell that I couldn’t stop noticing after bath time.
My baby didn’t seem bothered by it, so maybe it’s just a personal preference thing. I did feel a little passed around trying to figure out if this was normal or just me being picky, but either way, I don’t think I’d buy it again

This was easy to apply and didn’t make a big mess, which I appreciated haha. It spread decently, and I liked that I didn’t need to use a lot each time. The only thing is it felt a little slippery at first and took a minute to rub in. Not bad at all, just not totally perfect either.

Tried the promo and it was okay, nothing really stood out. I expected a bit more but it wasn’t terrible. Could definitely be better, though.

Checkout was quick and smooth. I paid in no time and had ZERO issues getting through it.

I checked again and, sure enough, nothing was available. It’s frustrating when this keeps happening. Anyway... I’ll probably try somewhere else next time.

Pipettebaby.com seems legit to me and I’ve seen the brand mentioned enough that it doesn’t come off sketchy. The site looks normal and they seem to have a decent name especially for baby stuff.

That said I’m still not 100% sold. Some reviews feel a bit mixed and I’d probably look over the ingredients and shipping info before placing a bigger order.
So yeah 3 stars from me. It doesn’t seem bad just not a brand I fully trust yet.

I was checking out their baby products, but the ingredient info felt kind of hit or miss. Some pages gave a little detail, and then others barely explained why certain things were included at all. It’s one of those situations where the site feels like it works when it wants to, because I couldn’t find much about testing or sourcing either. For baby stuff, I really need clear, consistent info before I feel comfortable buying, so I ended up passing.

I reached out to customer service about my order, and it took much longer than I expected to get a reply. By the time they did respond, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to follow up again, and even then I didn’t get a clear answer. When it comes to orders and support, I don’t like being left unsure about what’s going on, so the whole experience made me uncomfortable. Definitely not something I’d want to deal with again

I’m a little torn because I’ve had some good orders, but lately the quality seems really inconsistent. One time everything is great, and the next it feels totally different. I still want to like it, but it’s been kind of frustrating not knowing what to expect.
